I have always had bad acne, and a co-worker recommended this to me. I have never found anything that worked better than this kit. It makes my skin feel beautiful. At first I was apprehensive about the price, but a little goes a long way, and no price compares to how beautiful it makes my face feel.

My skin type is combination/oily and I occasionally suffer from rouge breakouts. I have tried drugstore brand cleansers as well as well-known brand cleansers. The drugstore cleansers would dry out my face leaving my cheeks dreadfully dry!
I finally broke down and bought clearing skin wash and boy oh boy WHAT A DIFFERENCE! After using it for a week I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my skin! No more rouge breakouts! It also cleared up my existing blemishes!
Best cleanser PERIOD!

Dermalogica's clearing skin wash is my knight in shining armor.
I have acne-prone skin, but ever since I started using clearing skin wash, acne is no longer a problem. Clearing skin wash cleared me of my breakouts; my skin has never looked better.
Unlike any other acne product, Dermalogica's clearing skin wash soothes my skin while clearing my skin—brilliant.
Compliment after compliment, my skin looks better and better day after day. Thank you Dermalogica!

I felt like I'd tried every acne cleanser in all of existence until my esthetician recommended this cleanser. This is literally the only cleanser I will use now. It helps manage my oily skin without drying me out and it doesn't leave any residue on my face. I have super sensitive skin and it's gentle enough for me yet still extremely effective. I seriously love this stuff!

I suffer from adult acne and scaring and have tried everything under the sun. I was unsure about trying dermalogica, I hadn't heard of it. I took the plunge and purchased the kit that contains this cleanser. I was surprised at how little of the product I needed to use. It removes make-up and leaves my skin feeling so clean but not dried out. I have been using it for a few months now and can't believe the results, amazing. I don't have to wear as much make-up which speeds up my morning routine. Try this cleanser and the rest of the products that go with the skin clearing line, you will be amazed too.

Love this product for my oily acne prone skin. It gives my pores a deep cleanse, yet doesn't irritate my sensitive skin with daily use. I've noticed that it's also helped to heal past blemishes and marks more quickly. My only regret is that I didn't start using it sooner.

After using this, I realized how little other cleansers did for actually cleaning and clearing my skin. After using this, my pores are less congested. It also doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. It's great for preventing outbreaks. I've also noticed that it has really helped to clear up and heal previous blemishes and their marks. After using this i follow up with either the clearing mattifier or overnight gel followed by a couple drops of the Active Moist moisturizer.

Great cleanser for acne prone yet sensitive skin

The first time I used this cleanser, I didn't follow up with a moisturizer. So my skin felt really dry and taut. Now that I follow a regime using other dermalogica products, this cleanser is a God send. Not only does it help to prevent new blackheads and acne but it has helped clear up past acne marks very quickly. It is expensive but.. It will last for months and the health of my skin is worth it. Other high end products wreaked havoc on my skin and I haven't found a drugstore brand that really delivers consistent results like this cleanser.

We all know how stressful our lives are. Acne, in our already stressful lives, increases our stress level, in-turn causing more breakouts. Well, after using Dermalogica's clearing skin wash, acne is just one less thing for me to worry about.
Dermalogica's clearing skin wash is really effective at getting rid of breakouts; they use the best ingredients that target acne. Unlike any other acne product, clearing skin wash has ingredients that soothe the skin while fighting future breakouts—that is truly incredible.
Dermalogica's clearing skin wash got me results, and my skin looks better than ever. Acne will no longer affect my self-esteem. I walk confidently knowing my skin looks it's best.

I have always had troubled skin: oily and prone to breakouts, yet becomes easily dry. For the longest time I was able to squeeze by with drugstore face washes, but finally, about a year ago, my skin had enough and pretty much erupted into full-blown adult acne. I'd like to add that I've always THOUGHT I had acne problems, when I was a teenager I would get a few pimples and feel horrible about it. However, I have now learned the hard way that there is a difference between a few pimples and actual acne.
I tried multiple different washes, treatments, and even went to see a dermatologist. I was recommended Dermalogica by a friend of mine who is an esthetician at a spa that utilizes the Dermalogica line. I went in and had a MediBac Clearning facial with her, including an exfoliant accelerator. My skin cleared up almost immediately. I'm not exaggerating, it was like a miracle treatment. My boyfriend even noticed a difference right when I got home. I bought this clearing skin wash along with a few other Dermalogica products in the MediBac line and continued to get the MediBac facials every few weeks for the next couple months which really cleared up the worst of my acne.
I now just maintenance with the Clearing Skin Wash twice a day. This was is truly amazing. It comes out as a gel and is a nice foamy cleanser when mixed with water. It washes off easily, doesn't leave residue and is effective. It doesn't dry out my skin at all and keeps my acne under control. My skin always feels amazingly clean and wonderful after I use it.
I'd also like to add that although this wash can be more pricey than others, not only is it worth it in its effectiveness, it lasts a long time. I bought the smaller size, the 8.4 oz, and it lasted me almost a whole year, probably around 10-11 months. You really only need a tiny pea sized amount of gel, since it foams up so much.

This is the best face wash I have ever used. I have oily, acne prone skin that is sensitive to most acne products; with this face wash, my face feels clean and fresh, not tight and sensitive like with other acne washes. I noticed a dramatic difference in the appearance and feel of my skin within a few days of use.It is a little pricier than what I am used to buying, but the price is well worth it. The product is so concentrated I usually only have to restock every 4-6 months.

This is my FAVORITE dermalogica cleanser, and as a skin therapist, I have tried them ALL. No, it isn't for EVERY skin type, but I feel like most people could use this cleanser a few times a week as a nice, exfoliating treatment for their skin. However; as a young man with oily, acneic skin, I can honestly say that this, along with some other fabulous dermalogica products and treatments, has completely changed the look and feel of my skin. It went from red, inflamed, blemished, and oily to a very even toned and smooth complexion. I've been getting so many compliments on my skin since buying this cleanser. Highly recommended.

After using a multitude of anti acne brands and prodcuts I was introduced to this one. NEVER GOING BACK. It's gentle and effective for my acne skin. Along with Active Moist this is the only product I've been using for several years now and it has gotten rid of my frequent acne breakouts- all it required was washing my face with this cleanser morning and evening! If it's recommended for your skin- do give it a try.

I have been searching for a long time for products that will finally clear up my acne! I've only used this cleanser, and no other Dermalogica products, and so many people have noticed a difference! It's even better than any prescription brands I've tried and cheaper (and easier) than visiting a dermatologist. I still get occasional acne, but I'm confident when I start using the rest of this line that my face will clear completely! It is pricey, but you only need a pea-sized amount for your whole face so it lasts a really long time.

I have a mild case of adult acne and have tried everything to keep it under control. Most products left my skin dry and irritated however the clearing face wash leaves my skin perfectly balanced. My breakouts are under control and my skin is not dry or oily. I use this twice a day along with the recommended regimen of moisturizer and overnight clearing gel and I don't have any unwanted acne! Love this line! Thanks Dermalogica!!!

I've tried various products throughout the years to help control my combination/oily complexion. Most of them were either too drying...resulting in an oiler face or they felt as though they left a film on my skin or they had a 'not too pleasant' scent. I first learned about Dermalogica products when I went for my very first facial. I've been using the Clearing Skin wash ever since and I absolutely love it. After I finish washing my face, my face doesn't feel tight or overly dry and it has a nice, light scent....and a little goes a long way. Thank you Dermalogica for making such a great and effective product.

I'm in my mid 20s and I was STILL having acne like breakouts once in a while. (I wish I had this product in middle school and high school, it would have saved me!) Taking medication for my skin issue was my next step, I was pretty desperate. I was so glad when I found this product, it truly helped my skin clear up. I have used this cleanser consistently over 2 years now and it has always been gentle and effective. I have to be very careful not to get it anywhere near my eyelids, that is the only place it gets sensitive. I would definitely reccomend this product to my friends & family!
