Wonderful Purse Product

I keep a toner in my purse 24/7!!! It helps set makeup, refresh, hydrate, and cool off. But this wonderful toner also has the added peptides to help fight free radical damage we are introducing to our skin, especially on the go when we are exposed environmental damages such as pollution and the sun. Not to mention it smells soooo yummy. Way better then the other toners, which dont smell bad but this one is just delicious.

No Pore Clogging Ingredients & Use To Set Make-up

My husband and I have acne where we get little pumps under our skin and pimples. He went to get a facial and the facialist recommended Dermalogica products for his acne-sensitive skin. He brought the whole set home. I read the ingredients, tried them, and stole the products from him.
I have been doing some research as to why I still have adult acne at the age of 38. I eat healthy (no greasy foods, a little-bit of processed foods, a little protein or diary, eat mostly vegetables and fruits), yet I still get them. I discovered that a lot of the skin care products out there have lanolin-based ingredients, oil-based ingredients that clogs the pores (such as coconut oil or cocoa butter), and natural ingredients (such as algae extract) that clogs pores and that's why we still get black heads, white heats, bumps underneath the skin, and pimples later in life.
I looked at the back of my skin care products once I learned about this and discovered that I have been using products that contain these pore clogging ingredients. (I would name some of these products but I don't think I can talk about other companies on this review.) I have been reading labels and searching for skin care products that do not promote clogging of the pores and the Dermalogica products I looked at didn't have these pore clogging ingredients. Even if the products says for oil skin or non-comedogenic or for sensitive skin, they still have some of these pore clogging ingredients. There is no government agency that oversees this so you can't trust these claims. You have to read the ingredients list.
For my review on the antioxidant hydramist, I love it. I read the label for this product and even though it contains oils in the ingredient's list, they weren't the oils that clog pores. You will love how much more your skin is hydrated and it will look dewy too, not oily.
Tip: I also use the Multi-Active Toner. Both the Antioxidant Hydramist and Multi-Active Toner works great. I would spray it before I put on my moisturizer. However, if I plan on wearing foundation, I discovered that if you spray some after applying the foundation or dusting powder, it will set the make-up a lot better than powder alone and your skin will look hydrated and dewy. By spraying after applying foundation or if you plan on using powder, spraying after putting on powder, the make-up lasts all day and doesn't rub off.
Also, when I apply foundation/powder, the make-up makes my laugh lines and creases around my eyes more noticeable. Another benefit of the spray if you put it on after the foundation/powder and as needed during the day, the skin is hydrated and the make-up doesn't make the laugh lines and creases around the eyes more noticeable.

I used to use only the MultiActive Toner but my Skin Therapist suggested trying the Antioxidant Hydramist also. I like how it doesn't leave my skin feeling too tight, it smells great and rubs in nicely with other products!
I didn't think I'd use anything in the Age Smart line while I was in my twenties, but this one is a keeper for sure.

You NEED this, you really do.

Antioxidant Hydramist--My absolute favorite Dermalogica product. Why? Because it feels so light and refreshing as you mist your face? No. Yes, it is light and refreshing and I love the way it feels on my clean skin. But the real reason is because Antioxidant Hydramist is the catalyst that makes every moisturizer and night cream better.
Every woman over the age of 25 (yes, even you Kim Kardashian) will need help combating free radical damage. Get it now and never stop using it with your moisturizer. Period.

Spray instant happiness!

Absolutely love the way this toner makes my skin feel! I have a sensitive, ruddy complexion and the hydramist's calming properties really help with the redness. I also love the way it smells--like walking through a rose garden. Instant relaxation throughout my body, instant moisture, calming, and happiness on my face.

If you're not sure - you need this!

I was skeptical at first. I had tried many other spray toner/moisturizers and they all made my bangs droopy and my skin oily. Not so with the Hydramist! It smells quite lovely, like a soft herby floral, as it mists on and dries quickly. No sticky, no tacky, and my bangs are still in place. This stuff is so good I use it throughout the day and at night, just to get an extra boost of skin lovin' here and there. I'd also recommend this as a moisturizer by itself for oily skins during the summer. So much good stuff in here! If you have your doubts, I say go for it!

A good replacement for Soothing Protection Spray

Like so many other users, I was disappointed to find out Soothing Protection Spray had been replaced. I bought travel sizes of both the Antioxidant Hydramist and the UltraCalming mist. The Antioxidant Hydramist seems to keep my skin moist between applying serum and moisturizer much better than the UltraCalming mist. It also smells better. I will be buying a full size soon.

Excellent Product!

It took me a long time to get up the courage to switch skin care lines as I have very sensitive skin. After a year of research I finally went to a Dermalogica location and had a skin analysis and a facial. I'm glad I switched. I love this product! I love the scent! It's my spa in a bottle.

I am sorry to say this is one of the first products I have ever returned for refund. And I have been using Dermalogica products for the past 10 years. It was just too harsh for my skin. But, that's just me. Overall though I love Dermalogica products!

Light moisturizing toner

Date:December 5, 2011

I find this toner provides a really nice veil of light moisture for in the summer when my skin already has PLENTY of "moisture" and doesn't need a full-on lotion. I also use after I workout to just freshen my skin or in the winter I use it during the day if my skin is feeling a little extra-dry. Wonderful!

I'm a huge fan of dermalogica products, but this one I could do without! Yes this product smells invigorating and refreshing, but it goes down hill from there. I was disappointed by how oily and greasy it made my skin look and feel, after just one use I returned it!!

Dermalogica's Antioxidant Hydramist is the best product I have purchased for my skin. I really love that it comes in a spritz bottle, which makes it fun and easy to apply. After cleansing, this product seems to lock in moisture, while plumping and soothing my skin. It has a wonderful, light scent. I usually follow my spritz with a light moisturizer, which makes my face look and feel hydrated. I will never be without!

This product is energizing for your skin and very refreshing! I keep mine in the refrigerator at home and use it throughout the day. I love that you can apply over make-up without smudging. We have very humid weather and the product helps replenish the skin, giving it more elasticity.
