I was happy to order another product from
Dermalogica, I use many of their products. Based on other peoples reviews I ordered the shave oil. Not good, really pulls like shaving with only a wet face! I have a light beard and shave every day, I even started with a new triple blade. Also the oil makes a mess of the sink. Nice scent, you do not need any other after shave product.

Purchased early in the year and use when I want the absolute BEST shave ever. The razor no matter how old glides on your face with this product like no other. I've used other shaving oils and they don't - it blows them away!!!
Completely recommend if you are looking for the best shave ever...

I have extremely tender skin but a beard like barbed wire,This is the only product I have used that will give me a very clean shave and still leave my skin intact.
Before I was introduced to Dermologica Close Shave Oil I had to chose between a close shave and varying degrees of skin irritation or unmarked skin but a three o'clock shadow at noon.
Now I can even go days between shaves and still get an extremely close shave with my face being left quite un-irritated and smooth.

I have sensitive skin, and frequently experience skin irritation when shaving with creams and lotions. When I first read about shave oils, Dermalogica close shave oil was the first that I could find. Lucky me! I've now been using this product for three years, and I'll never go back to creams or lotions. This truly gives you the best shaving experience.

It helps to get a neat shave without nicks and cuts!
The blade glides over the face easily! The more oil you take, the better it glides!
